Creating Opportunities Changing Lives Best Practice Manual

In April 2010, Positive Futures began a one year childcare project in the Derry / Londonderry area. This project was funded by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and became known as the “DARD” Project.

The project aimed to develop childcare solutions for families which had a child with a learning disability in rural areas around Derry / Londonderry.

Interim Evaluation Report on Bangor Families Project

This report presents the findings from an interim evaluation of the Bangor Families Project delivered by Positive Futures. The Bangor Families Project began in 2004 and aims to provide holistic support services to families who have a child with a significant learning disability in Bangor, Co Down. The Project is funded in partnership with the South Eastern Health and Social Services Trust.
