In March/April2021, we completed our tenth Annual Consultation Exercise (ACE) with our key stakeholders: the people we support, family members / carers and HSC Trust staff. The comprehensive feedback gained through this process has informed an action plan that we will be implementing during 2022/23 and beyond.
