In these difficult times when some businesses are unable to offer their staff work, at Positive Futures our challenge is different. We need to recruit staff to deliver the essential care we provide to the people we support with a learning disability, acquired brain injury and autistic spectrum condition.
Local Health Trusts are asking Positive Futures to provide support for more and more people in the community and because of this growth we need more dedicated support workers to help people with a learning disability live the life they want, in the local community. If you are interested in a support worker role leading to a career in care please join our team on our recruitment information Livestream.
Over 30–40 minutes the team will cover:–a brief overview of what Positive Futures does, where we are located and our ethos the role of a support worker and how it fits within a Service the induction process for new support workers, training, the opportunity to gain professional qualifications and progress your career if you want to one of our support workers will give you an insight into their role and what a typical day looks like, the challenges and the rewards. We will finish by outlining the application and selection process and reviewing our current vacancies. You’ll be able to post questions during the event and we will do our best to answer them.
