Format of the recruitment event
Anyone who would like to find out more working for Positive Futures or who would like to apply for a post should attend this event. People can attend at any time on either day.
During the event, people can get information on Positive Futures, the Support Worker and Relief Support Worker roles and can get assistance with completing an application form.
Attendees can fill in the online application form at one of the information days, they can complete the form before the event or they can partially complete the application form before the event, save it and then it can be finished at the event.
At Ingeus, there will be PCs available for people to complete or finish their application forms. Positive Futures’ staff will be available to provide assistance with completing application forms.
Interviews will be taking place on both days of the event for all applicants that are shortlisted. Attendees will be told what interview slots are available and can choose one that best suits them. That time slot can be later that day or on a different day (if applicable).
The interviews will consist of competency based interview questions and will last around 40 minutes.
What you will need to bring
All attendees will need to bring:
a valid passport AND
a birth, adoption or marriage certificate AND
a copy of a payslip, P45 or P60 (issued in the last 3 – 6 months).
If you have any questions regarding this, please contact HR on 028 9147 5730.
