We believe everyone should have the chance to realise their hopes, dreams and ambitions. Your support can help make this happen!

Getting started!

We’ve put together a Fundraising Toolkit packed full of useful information. To get your copy, contact us on 028 9147 5720 or contact us and tell us how you want to help.

We need people like you to join our fundraising effort to bring much–needed support to people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition. Whether you want to take on a sponsored challenge, organise an event or ask for donations instead of presents for that special celebration, there are plenty of ways you can help. We’ll support you along the way to help you make the most of your fundraising activities.

How will your support make a difference?

When you fundraise for Positive Futures, you can be guaranteed that your entire donation will be used within Northern Ireland. Your fundraising will provide the support that makes a real difference to the quality of someone’s life. That support can range from providing specialist equipment and support for people who have limited or no verbal communication, through to after school activities that develop a child’s social skills, increasing their self–confidence and gives mum and dad the chance for a break from their caring responsibilities.

Fundraising at Work

Bring some fun into your working day with team challenges, themed tea–parties or fancy dress. Raising money for a good cause with your colleagues and corporate sponsorship can boost team morale and raise your social responsibility profile in the local community.

Fundraising at School

Harness the enthusiasm of your school or college community to raise awareness and funds – from the tried and tested non–uniform day to a school treasure hunt – the only limit is your imagination! We can help by providing speakers for assemblies and promotional materials.

Challenge Yourself

What would your friends, family and colleagues pay to see you do? From a ‘Talk Like a Pirate Day’ challenge all the way to running a marathon, a sponsored challenge is a great way to raise funds. If you’re stuck for ideas check out our Events page for upcoming local events or contact us for an informal, no pressure chat.

Do your own thing

If you enjoy organising nights out, family reunions or the office party, then why not get some helpers together and put on a fun event for Positive Futures? Whether it’s a pampering evening in with friends, a night at the races or a craft fair in a local hall, with your organising skills and our support you could be selling the hottest tickets in town. We’re here to help, so get in touch to have a chat about your ideas.
