Becomming an Adult Placement Provider
You can use your life experience to help people with a learning disability and their family carers by becoming an 'Adult Placement Provider'.
How can you help?
Our Adult Placement Services depend on families and individuals who welcome people with a learning disability into their homes for short breaks or for longer time.
You can help by becoming a Placement Provider. We will help you with professional support and a tax free allowance that doesn't affect other benefits.
To find out more about this rewarding role and the associated allowances ring us on contact our Adult Placement Services and speak to one of our Adult Placement Staff.

Principles of Supported Living
' I didn't consider myself special enough to apply, but eventually realised I had to be ordinary, understanding, patient and friendly, not amazing! ...I could never have imagined just how rewarding being a Placement Provider is.
