These words matter to us at Positive Futures.
 
When you join us we will want you to ‘buy in’ to our values, no matter what your job is. Whether you’re a Support Worker, a Fundraiser or work in the Finance Department you will need to be committed to our values. You’ll need to believe in working with people, so that – together – we can achieve our main aim - to empower people with a learning disability, challenge incorrect beliefs and transform lives.

We see training as a necessity, not an optional extra. As an organisation we try to learn from everything we do and we encourage employees to learn and develop their skills. We try to offer opportunities to our staff that can develop into long-term careers with us.This approach works, as many of our managers originally joined Positive Futures in support roles. We are proud of this, as we want people to see working for Positive Futures as a career, not just a job.
