How You See Us

We welcome feedback about our services, people and performance.

People talk to us informally all the time, which is great. But we also get formal feedback and assess our performance more objectively in a number of ways:

Research we carry out ourselves – annual surveys with people we support, families and carers, partner organisations, staff and volunteers

Northern Ireland Quality Awards – we get assessed on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model, this is the most widely accepted European model for assessing the overall ‘quality’ of an organisation

RQIA Inspections and Reports - the Regulation and Quality Inspection Authority (RQIA) is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality of health and social care services in Northern Ireland; RQIA reports are available on the Publications section of our web site.

Information from these research and benchmarking exercises ensure that we are well-informed about how Positive Futures is perceived by the people we support and work with. It is used to help us develop effective strategies and policies for the future.
