Last year Noel Curran and Philomena Mullard, who are supported by our Southern Area Housing Support Service, took part in the Newry City Marathon Fun Run with the support of Positive Futures staff and members of the Positive Achievers Group.

One year on and how things have changed. The 2010 Newry City Marathon took place on 31 May and Noel and Philomena were on the run again. This time they had the confidence to enter and take part in the fun run independantly, raising £74.00 for the Positive Achievers Group along the way. A great example of independence and inclusion in action!
