Quality Award for Positive Futures!
Submitted by admin on Mon, 01/02/2010 - 11:42am
Positive Futures has received a bronze award for Excellence as part of the Northern Ireland Quality Award process. This prestigious award is based on a comprehensive assessment of our work and services, using the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model. This is the most widely accepted European model for assessing the overall "quality" of an organisation.
We are delighted to receive recognition at this level, as it endorses our commitment to quality in everything that Positive Futures does.
Competing for this award has been a learning experience and we will use the knowledge we have gained to promote positive change for people with a learning disability.
This is a proud moment for Positive Futures and we would like to thank and recognise the commitment of our staff, volunteers and Trustees who have helped to put the stamp of quality on our Organisation.
